Who We Are
ScienceCures is engaging and mobilizing scientists and supporters to call on our leaders to reinvigorate national investment in health research, with a special focus on the National Institutes of Health.
We provide tools and resources to build the ScienceCures Alliance and empower you to take action in your community. Join us by signing the pledge today, and stand with us in reminding our leaders of the vast accomplishments and untold potential of biomedical research.
We know that there is nothing more important to the American people than their health. Investment in medical research to improve health, develop treatments, and cure disease is an American
priority, and the moral responsibility of our elected officials.
ScienceCures was launched by the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) to call on our leaders to fulfill the promise and support federal funding for life-saving biomedical research through the National Institutes of Health and other federal agencies.
FASEB is composed of 21 scientific societies with more than 80,000 members, making it the largest coalition of biomedical research associations in the United States. FASEB enhances the ability of biomedical and life scientists to improve, through their research, the health, well-being and productivity of all people. FASEB's mission is to advance biological science through collaborative advocacy for research policies that promote scientific progress and education and lead to improvements in human health.
